{Landscapes} Christmas in the Distillery District – Toronto Photographer

On Saturday I took a photobook layout class at Pitko in the Distillery District. I got there a few minutes early to play around with the camera and the lighting was amazing. Even though it’s freezing now in Toronto, the winter sun is so much easier and pleasing to photograph. The sun is still vibrant, but not as harsh and difficult as in the summer. You’ll see what I mean with the last two photos.

In this set, I took a few photos of my new favourite cafe in the district “Cafe Uno” for a reason. Later on this month, we’re meeting up with Maui’s Evonne and Darren Photography for a fun photo shoot! I am so excited!! Evonne and Darren will be visiting family in Toronto to celebrate the holidays. I’d be more than happy to celebrate the holidays in Hawaii?! Pass me an orchid lei and a lava flow please! Anyway, wish me luck on begging her to take me back to Maui. I know Evonne has been hoping for snow on the ground, so she can break out her Uggs! But still… she goes back to sand!

Anyway, here are the photos with a little surprise from a northern visitor!
